Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to improve their quality of life through effective behavioral interventions.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and patient assessments, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working within educational settings is advantageous.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient care, and medical terminology are essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
