We are looking for a caring & capable psychiatrist/provider who is enthusiastic & compassionate to provide the best quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have an NJ license and be board certified. You can practice with autonomy and respect, will have the feel & satisfaction of having your own private practice without the stress of running one. We are also planning to hire more psychologists/LCSW to offer a full array of services in the near future.

Essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with a specialization in Psychiatry.
• Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in the relevant state.

Physical Demands:
This job requires employees to have a full range of physical capabilities, including the ability to handle and lift patients, demonstrate manual and finger dexterity, and maintain good eye-hand coordination. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry items up to 40 lbs. Corrected vision and hearing within the normal range are also required.
