Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (LADAC) to join our team on a contracted basis. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing outpatient services for co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders in Hartman, as well as both outpatient and intensive outpatient services in Conway and Van Buren. This role requires a strong dedication to client care, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in technology for telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person counseling services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Utilize telehealth technology as needed to conduct remote sessions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in the State of Arkansas as an LPC, LCSW, or LADAC.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing services for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen.
  • Maintain professional liability insurance.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, and telehealth technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience with diverse populations.

Additional Information:
