Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to improve their quality of life through effective behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and enhance service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis for effective treatment evaluation.
- Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment, intake processes, and medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,679.30 - $2,022.39 per week
