Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior dental office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification a plus
• Proficient in dental software (Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
