Job Description


Position Details: Full-Time, Non-Exempt | On-Site
Department: 053841 - Psychology

This position will provide assistance to faculty members and the Associate Director; review and revise expense reports; handle administrative aspects of faculty searches; and manage logistics for events and meetings. Manage time and prioritize activities by recognizing and effectively balancing the differing needs of faculty and staff within the work unit.

Hiring Range: $24.12/hr to $30.14/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Functional understanding of university administrative systems and campus-wide technologies.
