What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for working in a residential addiction treatment setting
  • Ability to engage with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage a caseload in compliance with state and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate group therapy and educational presentations
  • Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and individualized treatment plans, tailoring care to client needs while meeting compliance requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Coordinate care with other providers and community resources, including referrals and case management tasks
  • Engage family and natural supports in treatment with client consent
  • Stay up to date with developments in the field of substance use disorder treatment and maintain all required state licensure standards
  • Collaborate with other professionals, programs, and associations in the field
  • Maintain accurate and thorough client records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination and communication across systems of care
  • Support clients in accessing primary care services when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Active Indiana license: LCAC, LAC, CADAC II–V, APIT, ICACI, ICACII, NCAC I–II, or MAC required
