About Frontline Counseling

Frontline Counseling specializes in providing high-quality, confidential counseling services to first responders, medical professionals, military personnel, and their families. Our mission is to support those who serve our communities by offering specialized, compassionate, and effective mental health care.

Position Overview

Frontline Counseling is seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive environment free from the burdens of billing, micromanagement, or excessive administrative tasks.

You will provide individual therapy and psychological services to clients within your scope of practice, working independently while being supported by an established and trusted counseling practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual mental health therapy to clients, with a focus on trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions.
  • Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the Frontline Counseling team when appropriate for case consultation, referrals, and best practices.
  • Manage your own schedule and caseload, offering flexibility for both you and your clients.
  • Provide services either in-person, via telehealth, or a combination of both (depending on preference and client needs).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state (LIMHP, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
  • Experience and/or interest in working with first responders, medical personnel, military, or trauma-related populations preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to ethical standards of practice and confidentiality.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with flexible scheduling.
  • Administrative and billing support provided—focus on client care, not paperwork.
  • No micromanagement—your clinical judgment is trusted and respected.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a specialized practice.
  • A mission-driven environment supporting frontline professionals and their families.
