Pay: $70.00 per hour

 

Job description:

We are a growing company that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children in Chester County PA. We are looking to add a sixth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the team.

Training & credentialing will start upon hire. Part or Full time option available. No weekends!

Responsibilities for the position include the following but are not limited to:

Requirements

1. The willingness to make a difference to Siza’s clients

2. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment and Skill Assessments.

3. Creating clinical programs including behavior plans, treatments etc.

4. Implementation, monitoring, analyze, and evaluation of treatment plans.

5. Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Health Technicians according to BACB or IBHS standards.

6. Train stakeholders on ABA strategies crisis intervention

7. Report writing

 

Qualifications

1. Graduate degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or similar field

2. BCBA credential (or taking exam within a month)

3. Licensed Behavior Specialist credential through the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine

4. Experience implementing ABA programs and service delivery thereof for at least one year

5. Meet all state requirements for Pennsylvania (FBI, criminal record, child abuse clearance, act 24, and TB test).

6. Extensive understanding and compliance with the behavior analyst ethical code ‘The Code’

 

Compensation

$70 per direct service hour for the first three months then salaried thereafter (option to stay hourly available). All employment is W-2
