Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA you will oversee treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and student analysts, and collaborate closely with our Clinical Director. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs and student analysts.
  • Provide ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings.
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
  • Uphold ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality patient care.
