Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA you will oversee treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and student analysts, and collaborate closely with our Clinical Director. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs and student analysts.
• Provide ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Uphold ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality patient care.
