Your Role as a BCBA:

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.)
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide at-home, school, and on-site services as needed
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Train and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure the highest quality care
  • Work closely with families, schools, and other therapies (OT, PT, ST)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the exam)
  • Strong Communication Skills (both verbal & written)
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
  • A Team Player Who Works Well with Others
