You will provide confidential counseling to diverse clients, deliver evidence-based treatment, and collaborate with schools, families, probation officers, and medical providers to ensure continuity of care.

We are hiring for multiple shift categories to ensure full client coverage across four offices:

  • Daytime Therapist: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM (~25 client hours/week)
  • Evening Therapist: Monday–Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM (~25 client hours/week)
  • Flexible/Weekend Therapist: Weekday evenings (rotating) + Saturday, 9 AM – 2 PM (~25–30 client hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, family, and couples counseling using evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT-informed, EMDR, MI, etc.).
  • Conduct intake assessments, establish diagnoses where appropriate, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Document all sessions and treatment progress in a HIPAA-compliant EHR system.
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, probation officers, courts, and healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Refer clients to external providers or community resources for specialized or long-term care.
  • Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, or case consultation as required.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of outpatient counseling experience (clinical practicum may count).
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Willingness to work assigned shift (daytime, evening, or weekend).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with adolescents, families, or court-referred clients.
  • Training or certification in substance abuse counseling (LCDC, CADC, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with group facilitation or wellness workshops.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) strongly preferred but not required.
