Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to serve as a vital link between our home care organization and the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships, promoting services, and enhancing community engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate our mission and initiatives while advocating for the needs of the community.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to promote home care services.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives through various channels, including social media management.
  • Lead workshops or educational sessions within the community to promote awareness and engagement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong background in the following areas:

  • Project management capabilities with a focus on marketing strategies
  • Experience in social media management to enhance outreach efforts
  • Knowledge or experience in home health and hospice admission guidelines
  • Clinical experience preferred (LPN or RN license)
