Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to serve as a vital link between our home care organization and the community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships, promoting services, and enhancing community engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate our mission and initiatives while advocating for the needs of the community.

Duties

Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to promote home care services.
Utilize marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives through various channels, including social media management.
Lead workshops or educational sessions within the community to promote awareness and engagement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong background in the following areas:

Project management capabilities with a focus on marketing strategies
Experience in social media management to enhance outreach efforts
Knowledge or experience in home health and hospice admission guidelines
Clinical experience preferred (LPN or RN license)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
