What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support behavioral therapists

Design and implement individualized ABA programs and behavior plans

Collaborate with parents and the ABA treatment team

Provide training to parents and staff

Organize and maintain detailed case records

Participate directly in shaping who we are as a company

What You Need to Join Us:

BCBA Certification

Willingness to attain LBS in Pennsylvania

Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation

Up-to-date clearances / background checks

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
