Overview:
Assist in the administration of the Admissions department; provide information and services to current and prospective students in the area of Admissions.
Responsibilities: - Provide information and communication on academic requirements, application processes.
- Performs data entry of all admissions applications, documents, inquiries and admission forms received through the admissions department, including any updates
- Review documentation for alignment with College requirements Verify applicant data, ensure that all data entry interactions result in a 90% accuracy rate
- Determine eligibility for admissions
- Coordinate recruitment events and activities such as appointments, info sessions, open houses and placement exams
- Provide referral services
- Assembles Admissions packets
- When necessary, performs other duties of a similar nature or level as required.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor of Arts preferred.
- Associate in Arts required.
- EducationRequired: 1 year of Administrative experience

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well organized
Physical Demands
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Travel
- As required for some recruitment events
