Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role with responsibilities including both inside and outside sales tasks: maintaining and developing referrals sources, in home prospect visits, and receiving sales calls. Candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while learning all parts of the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the personalized support they need, enhancing their experience and satisfaction with our services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting all aspects of the client management process from first phone call to assessing needs, delivering service presentations, client/family consults, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Demonstrating empathy while understanding the needs of potential clients, while effectively communicating the benefits of our non-medical home care services and addressing objections. You become a trusted guide, providing essential support to clients and caregivers, emotional support, and empowering families and your team confidence and peace of mind
- Provide continuity of care for clients from start to finish, coordinating, monitoring and supervising all care
- Anticipate the needs of clients and advise clients/families of changing situations and recommendations
- It involves orchestrating comprehensive care plans, ensuring quality and compassion, and advocating for the well-being and dignity or each senior
- Collaborating daily with the team to streamline care coordination and client admissions
- Work with sales and marketing management on initiatives focused on customer creation and relationship building
- Representing the company as a knowledgeable resource for Home Care services in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Required Qualifications and Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.3-5 years of measured success in Sales and Marketing, home care or related field.
- A Bachelor's degree or Preferred experience in Home Health, Home Care or Hospice preferred
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, takes responsibility for actions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of urgency to convert leads and solve complex problems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong computer literacy
- Demonstated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
