Shoreline Wellness Center is seeking Licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians (LPC, LADC, LPC-A) to provide counseling and psychotherapy in our Clinic and private practice groups. Clinicians must complete accurate clinical notes and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records (EHR), Therapy Notes. Clinicians must also adhere to all CT laws and ethical codes for their profession.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed in good standing in CT as an LPC, LADC, or LPC-A.
TYPE: Fee-for-service (FFS) position. You are paid a flat rate for each patient you see. Full-time and part-time options are available. Part-time is a minimum of 20 client hours per week.

We are a fully approved Health Service Corp Site (HRSA) that allows our employees to apply for student loan forgiveness of up to $75,000 biannually for full-time licensed clinicians and $35,000 for part-time licensed clinicians, in addition to being part of the PSLF non-profit student loan forgiveness program and the newly launched CT Student Loan Forgiveness Repayment program.
We provide professional office space, administrative staff, billing staff, and full access to our EHR telehealth platform.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be able to provide services to at least 20 clients per week for part-time and 35+ hours for full-time. Ability to work with little supervision if fully licensed, and if provisionally licensed, a weekly Supervisor will be assigned to you. Must have experience with telehealth. Must be professional, have good judgment, excellent writing skills, and be reliable.

This is a hybrid position, where clients are seen both in the office and via telehealth. Therefore, it is only open to residents of CT. Consideration may be given to individuals who do not reside in Connecticut but are fully licensed in the state.
