About Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA's to join our team. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, providing guidance and support to staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation. You will monitor progress, refine strategies as needed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.

 

Responsibilities : - Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients - Provide training and support to caregivers and RBT's.

 

Requirements: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder - Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with diverse needs - This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges.
