About Job

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

```Duties```
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using established methods
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients
- Teach adaptive skills and promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment sessions
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies used in ABA therapy
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and implement new techniques under the guidance of a BCBA
- Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations
