We're on the hunt for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings the energy, the expertise, and the heart to help children and their families reach their full potential. This in-facility role is hands-on, high-impact, and full of feel-good wins.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $85,000-$110,000 salary per year
  • Medical & dental insurance premium paid for by the company
  • 15 days PTO
  • Flexible schedules/ BCBA's are able to adjust their schedules to their liking as long as billable hours are met
  • License management assistance & reimbursement
  • CEU reimbursement upon request

Responsibilities:

  • Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Increases the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to various supports and reinforcements.
  • Collaborates with team members to provide interventions and supports.
  • Helps maintain the learning environment by supporting students and working proactively to reduce behavioral difficulties.
  • Provide crisis intervention and back-up support as necessary and requested.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Demonstrated strong skills in communication and behavior management.
  • Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly and safely.
  • Strong skills in writing.
  • Demonstrated capacity for empathy and creative problem solving.
  • Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback.
