Role Overview
We’re seeking MSWs that are seeking to become Licensed Clinical Social Workers. This role offers structured supervision, clinical experience, and the chance to grow while providing therapy to diverse populations.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy under supervision
• Maintain timely documentation
• Deliver culturally responsive, inclusive care
• Engage in supervision and professional growth activities

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work (from an accredited program)
• Registered (or eligible to register) as a Supervisee in Social Work with the Virginia Board of Social Work
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
