As a BCBA at Java Autism Services, you join a team that is excited to practice individualized, compassionate, and ethical ABA in homes, schools, and community settings. At Java you will work with clients across the lifespan from 2 years old to adults. You will have clinical autonomy based on client and technician needs. We have also adjusted our billable hours expectation to less than the typical 28-32!

Our team is small, but growing, and offers BCBAs the opportunity to assist our Clinical Director, Tisha Denton, with supervision of student analysts and the development of our RBTs. You will have the opportunity to share your strengths and develop new clinical skills. Tisha is ethically focused and committed to maintaining an environment that is compassionate and supportive towards staff, doesn’t compromise ethics, and prioritizes mentorship and clinical curiosity.

1+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

License Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of AZ

A commitment to ethical practices in patient care and confidentiality.

You desire a challenge to expand your clinical skills, with the support and mentorship of your clinical director.

You love solving problems creatively in a team environment.

You aren’t discouraged by the lack of bells and whistles that come with a larger ABA company. You want to join a small company that takes pride in developing our staff and clients in a personalized environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
