The Opportunity

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Plainfield, IL, for a leave-of-absence coverage assignment. This short-term role provides the opportunity to step into a supportive environment and make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design intervention strategies
  • Support teachers, administrators, and families with training and resources
  • Collaborate on IEP teams and monitor student progress
  • Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

  • BCBA certification (required)
  • School-based experience (preferred)
