Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is dedicated to providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. Position Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. In this role, you will work directly with children and adolescents, implementing ABA strategies in various settings including homes, learning centers, and the community. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of fostering independence and growth in every child.

Responsibilities as an In Center RBT:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct support to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Monitor and document progress towards treatment goals, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in developing care plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
  • Engage with families to provide support and guidance on implementing strategies at home.

What you need:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)
  • A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback on a daily basis on performance
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required
  • Must have own reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive promptly to the center for your scheduled shift
  • Background check
  • Available for a part time schedule, Monday through Friday (12:30pm to 5:00pm)
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families.
  • Ability to manage medical records and documentation accurately.
