On Track Pediatric Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary facility in Eureka, MO, offering speech, occupational, physical, ABA therapy, and counseling services. We’re looking for a dedicated Pediatric Counselor to join our collaborative team. Position Overview:

We are seeking a Pediatric Counselor to provide mental health and emotional support services to children and/or adolescents on a full-time or part-time basis. This position will allow you to build your caseload with the potential to grow into a full-time role (if you desire) as demand increases. You’ll work closely with our team of therapists to offer a comprehensive, family-centered approach to care.

At On Track Pediatric Therapy, you’ll have opportunities for professional growth, including mentorship for new therapists looking to expand their skills in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents
• Provide one-on-one counseling for a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide holistic, team-based care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following company guidelines
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers and provide home-based support strategies

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed as a LPC or LCSW in the state of Missouri
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to work on a part-time, as-needed basis with the potential for a full-time role
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus
