Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional ABA services and improving the quality of life for our clients.

• Competitive salary: $75,000 – $110,000 annually or $70 – $100 hourly
• Hybrid position with flexible work arrangements
• Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team
• Positions available throughout the entire state of Colorado

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for clients.
• Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ABA field.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services.
