Misericordia's Behavior Support Services is currently hiring for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to evaluate, treat, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction needs according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor individualized, function-based treatment strategies for Misericordia residents and day program participants. The BCBA will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as applicable for their assigned caseload. Additionally, the BCBA will provide staff and organizational trainings related to ABA concepts as needed.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or other certification pathway accepted by BACB)
- BCBA Certification required
- 2 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, experience with adults preferred
- Must be flexible with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a variety of environments (residential, classroom, day training, and community work settings)
- Ability to work a variety of hours to meet the needs of the client/organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills
