About Job

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other disabilities. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions. The BCBA will also collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze research data to measure the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance behavioral health outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality in all patient interactions.
  • Document progress notes and treatment updates accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.
  • Proficient in patient assessment and data collection methods.
  • Understanding of behavioral health principles and patient care best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
