About the Role:
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, six-month therapeutic experience for individuals struggling with emotional regulation and relationship-building. Clients engage in therapy three days a week through a combination of group and individual sessions. We are currently hiring for:
- Adolescent or Adult Group Therapy Leaders
- Individual Therapists (Adults or Youth)
Our IOP operates as a collaborative team, bringing together Therapists, CBRS providers, Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and Medication Management professionals. This team-oriented approach enhances client outcomes and professional growth. Clinicians receive weekly professional development and have the opportunity to build strong, meaningful therapeutic relationships with their clients in a supportive, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy and counseling services to clients, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Are You a Good Fit?
- Licensed in Idaho as LPC/LCPC or LCSW only
- Experience with psychological theories & therapeutic interventions
- Familiarity with community mental health resources (preferred)
- Ability to pass ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting & Background Checks
