About the Role:
Suburban Subaru is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage service appointment schedules, communicate with customers, and provide outstanding support to ensure a smooth and efficient service department.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls; greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recalls, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Reach out to customers regarding special order parts and follow up on recent service experiences.
Provide information on services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
Conduct outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on recalls, and contact prior customers for declined services.
Maintain accurate customer records in dealership systems.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
Support administrative and team tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior multi-line phone experience is a MUST
Availability to work every Saturday and weeknights until 5pm
Customer service experience; automotive industry experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software; excellent typing/data entry skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus
