Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated graduate students enrolled in a BACB-approved Applied Behavior Analysis program to join our team as ABA Graduate Student Analyst. This role provides direct client services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In addition to paid RBT work, students will receive supervised fieldwork hours that meet BACB requirements toward their BCBA certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or community settings.
- Train RBTs on different clients and on different program goals.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
- Create individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for clients.
- Collect accurate, ongoing data on client progress and session activities, including conducting IOA for treatment fidelity.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA for skill development, feedback, and fulfillment of BACB fieldwork requirements.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and team members to promote consistency and generalization of skills.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete training and certification prior to hire).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to both client success and professional growth.
- Ability to work independently while receiving supervision and feedback.
