We provide the highest quality of care to adolescents and their families who are struggling with substance misuse and substance use disorder. Our focus is on offering comprehensive care to both adolescent males and females.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Counselor located in Nashville, TN. The Residential Counselor will be responsible for providing direct care and supervision to adolescents in a residential treatment setting. Day-to-day tasks include supporting therapeutic activities, monitoring behavior, facilitating group sessions, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The Residential Counselor will work closely with clinical staff to ensure the well-being and progress of each resident.


Qualifications

  • Experience in counseling, mental health support, or substance use disorder treatment
  • Skills in supervision, behavior monitoring, and maintaining safety protocols
  • Ability to facilitate group sessions and therapeutic activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with adolescents
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience working in a residential or similar therapeutic setting is a plus
