About Job

We are a faith-based substance abuse treatment facility committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and find lasting recovery. We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) services in a compassionate and supportive environment. Currently, we are seeking a licensed clinician with experience in individual and group counseling to join our dedicated team. Must hold one of the following: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC. LSW and LPC preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for clients
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on relapse prevention, coping skills, and spiritual growth
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand addiction and recovery processes
  • Stay informed about current research, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in substance abuse treatment

Qualifications:

  • Valid License to practice in the state of Ohio
  • Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions in a substance abuse treatment setting
  • Strong knowledge of addiction and recovery principles, including evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Proficiency in conducting individual assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with individuals struggling with addiction
  • Familiarity with faith-based approaches to recovery is preferred
  • Understanding of ethical and legal standards related to substance abuse treatment and client confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
