Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist for evenings and/or weekends to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and be adept at providing support to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. The LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist will utilize evidence-based practices to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples or family counseling sessions depending on experience
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in research activities to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health counseling.
  • Provide telehealth services as required, ensuring accessibility for all patients.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; LCSW licensure, LPC licensure or Licensed Psychologist is required as well as at least 3 years previous experience (please DO NOT apply if you are not yet independently licensed)
  • Proven experience in clinical counseling, particularly with children and families.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
