Description
The counselor-in-training (CIT) program at the A/U Ranches offers 17-year-olds an opportunity to learn and grow as servant leaders before their senior year in high school. CITs gain leadership and collaborative experience while working with campers and counselors in an environment where Christian Science is lived. CITs are supported by ongoing guidance and feedback from the CIT trainer.
