- Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
- Conduct functional and skill-based ABA assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
- Customize treatment plans to address the client’s needs based on assessment results
- Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
- Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
- Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members
- Report to the Clinical Director monthly with a review and record of the progress of each client
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
- Willingness to become OHIO board certified (COBA)
- At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training
- Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
- Center experience preferred
