Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey. We offer services in homes, schools, and our ABA centers in Beachwood and Columbus, Ohio.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will:

  • Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
  • Conduct functional and skill-based ABA assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
  • Customize treatment plans to address the client’s needs based on assessment results
  • Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
  • Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
  • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
  • Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members
  • Report to the Clinical Director monthly with a review and record of the progress of each client


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
  • Willingness to become OHIO board certified (COBA)
  • At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training
  • Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
  • Center experience preferred


Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00
