Job Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / ABA Therapist

Compensation:

• 87,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
• Contractor position (part-time or full-time)
  

About Us

L&J Behavior Consultants is a privately owned practice led by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts who maintain their own caseloads. We are a small group of BCBAs committed to supporting one another while allowing each therapist as much independence as they desire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data; adjust strategies as needed
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support
• Graph progress and create routine progress summaries
  

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible for licensure in Tennessee and/or Kentucky
• Reliable transportation (willing to travel up to 20–25 miles/day if needed)
• Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
