Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Intervention Specialist, located in Hollister, CA. The Early Intervention Specialist will be responsible for providing direct services to children with developmental delays. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, performing and collaborating with parents and other professionals to support each child's development. The role requires ongoing assessment and documentation of progress to ensure effective interventions.

This job is part-time to full time with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Childhood Intervention, B.A., B.S, in Childhood Education, Psychology, and/or speech language pathology and audiology.
• Experience in Early Intervention
• Knowledge of Psychology and Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Proficiency in working with children, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities
• Strong communication, written, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload
• Experience in a similar role or setting is highly desirable
• Bilingual Spanish, and other languages are a plus
