Job Summary

Our client, a leading provider of ABA therapy and pediatric services, is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee all operational and clinical activities within their Livonia facility. This role provides leadership to a team of clinicians while maintaining high-quality care for children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical staff, including BCBA’s, BCaBA’s, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians.
• Manage caseload assignments, client assessments, treatment plans, and therapy program quality.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director and administrative staff to support business practices.
• Oversee staff training, clinical coverage scheduling, and parent training programs.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience, including work with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and maintain caseload requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Budget and resource planning experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience in clinical staff development and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
