Masters Level Clinical Counselor (**LPC-MHSP Supervision Available**)

Private clinical practice and consulting firm seeking P/T contract-based clinicians. This position is hybrid.

Job Duties:

• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment
• Meet with 8-15 clients a week through virtual or in-person sessions.
• Collect information about clients through interviews, observation, or tests.
• Counsel clients or patients, individually or in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes.
• Perform crisis interventions with clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
• Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client information.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs on clients' progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined objectives.
• Participate in community activities
• Attend weekly team and or individual meetings
• Additional responsibilities based on need.
