RBT Responsibilities

• • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in a school setting using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and support students' academic and social success.
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior throughout the school day to help guide treatment decisions.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and school teams to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that follows the school calendar-no evenings, weekends, or holidays required!
