I am seeking a part time assistant (4-8 hours/week) for my part-time private practice in Ravenswood.

The ideal candidate would be a graduate student in psychology, social work, or counseling, but I am open to considering candidates with other types of experience.

Position involves:

• Billing insurance companies
• Interfacing with clients around scheduling, billing, and accounts receivable
• Depending on experience, some clinical/education-related tasks such as: writing rough drafts of treatment plans, preparation of Power Point presentations, bibliographic and video database research, etc.
• Working on assorted other tasks and projects related to: practice management, marketing, etc.

Looking for someone who is creative, analytical, caring, and empathic. Meetings will need to be on a weekday evening and/or Saturday/Sunday afternoons.

Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
