Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements
- BCBA certification
- LABA certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Compassionate, reliable, responsible approach to client care
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Observe, analyze, and document behavioral challenges
- Design and implement behavioral intervention plans
- Mentor and train team members
- Provide support in various settings
