About the Facility Location The facility is located in Boston, Massachusetts. About the Clinician's Workday This is a full-time outpatient opportunity for an Adult Psychiatrist (not open to Psychiatric NPs) at a community mental health facility. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with a hybrid option allowing one telehealth day and four days onsite. The caseload consists primarily of adult patients, with minimal child and adolescent cases (not required if the psychiatrist prefers adults only). New evaluations are 45 minutes, and follow-ups are 30 minutes. The EMR used is eClinicalWorks. Board certification is preferred, though board-eligible candidates may be considered. Minimal on-call coverage may be required (typically 1:4), and there are other psychiatrists on staff for support.
