Requirements

BCBA certification

LABA certification

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Compassionate, reliable, responsible approach to client care

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Observe, analyze, and document behavioral challenges

Design and implement behavioral intervention plans

Mentor and train team members

Provide support in various settings
