Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children and those on the autism spectrum. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health strategies and interventions.
Experience
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children or individuals with autism.
- Strong background in working with people with developmental disabilities and special education settings.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation practices.
- Experience in providing patient care within a clinical or therapeutic environment is preferred.

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
