The Opportunity:
100% inpatient Adult psychiatry - no outpatient responsibilities
Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
No call, no nights, no weekends - excellent work/life balance
Rounding on inpatients and responding to psychiatric consult requests on medical/surgical units
Work closely with experienced Psychiatric PAs, Chair of Psychiatry, and Hospital based-Psychiatry physicians
Optional academic role - teach NP/PA students during rotations
Average 13 patients per day
7 MDs and 4 APPs
