- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to determine mental health needs and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical supervisor.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services as needed.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions with a licensed clinician to review cases and receive feedback.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
- Contribute to case discussions and team meetings.
- Participate in professional development activities and training to stay current with best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks related to client care as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in social work (MSW), Counseling (MA or MHC), or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Board of Health Professions in Counseling or Social Work within 30 days of hire.
- Two years of experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
