- Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
- Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients
- Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
- Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
- Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
