About Job

Neurotherapy Clinic is a growing group practice that is dedicated to helping our clients integrate mental health into their everyday health. We are looking for an associate candidate to join our team!

Full-time or part-time hybrid position (remote/in-person).

Pay $30-35 per session and $20/hour for non- client contact time.

Neurotherapy Clinic will handle billing, credentialing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health services for clients and maintain quality clinical documentation of sessions
  • Caseload of 22-25 (full-time) or 12-15 (part-time) sessions per week
  • Conduct client psychosocial assessment, develop and monitors the implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university in marriage and family therapy
  • Active CA BBS AMFT registration number
  • Diagnosing and formulating treatment plans
  • Detailed session notes using Office Ally within 24 hours
  • Proficient time management skills
  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions
  • Familiarity with the DSM-V/DSM-V TR and diagnostic techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent references and client retention rates
  • Bilingual Armenian/Persian/Spanish speaking preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
